How do I become a Highlander stockist?
Highlander is always eager to work with new customers in the UK and abroad. I have a problem with a Highlander product?

I have lost the instructions for my tent. Can you provide me with new ones?
All Highlander tents include instructions located within the tent carry bag. If you have lost these, please contact us for replacement instructions.
Where can I buy replacement poles?
If you need a replacement pole or part, please contact the dealer you purchased the tent from. They will be able to provide you with the replacement parts.
My tent needs to be repaired, what should I do?
Highlander tents come equipped with a repair kit for minor rips or tears. If the damage cannot be repaired with this kit please contact your local Highlander stockist for advice.
How do I clean my tent?
To clean your tent wash it with plenty of water and a sponge if needed. For stubborn stains spot clean the soiled area with warm water and soap.
Why is the inside of my tent wet while I am camping?
All Highlander tents are treated with a waterproof coating to differing degrees, check to make sure that all of your seams are secure and that there are no leaks. If the interior of your tent is wet and you don’t have a leak then, this is most likely due to condensation. In order to fix this, be sure that the appropriate vents are open within your tent and try to air it well during the daytime.

What exactly does the season temperature rating on my sleeping bag mean?
Season categories indicate the recommended season for your sleeping bag to be used. Below are descriptions for each category:
Season 1: Best suited for Summer temperatures
Season 2: Best suited for Summer and Spring temperatures
Season 3: Best suited for Spring, Summer, and Autumn temperatures
Season 4: Suitable for year round use
How do I inflate my self-inflating mat?
To inflate: unroll the mat and leave the valve open to allow the mat to inflate. Close the valve before use. If you want to top the mat up, blow gently through the valve and do not over inflate.
If your mat is new, it may be due to the fact that it has been packed away for a long period of time. Give it some extra time to self-inflate or blow into the air hole to help the self-inflating process.
Can I use my gas cooking appliance indoors?
It is important that you do NOT use your cooking appliance indoors. These products are built specifically for outdoor use, and the use of them inside may lead to fires, gas leaks or carbon monoxide poisoning. Please ensure that you are in a well-ventilated, outdoors setting when using these appliances.
Can I use Highlander's cookware on an indoor stovetop?
Yes, Highlander camping pots, pans and utensils can be used in indoor settings. It is only the grills and stoves that should not be used indoors.
